A Scottish Opera Production: Josefine is a short film based on the Kafka short story "Josefine the Singer"

Sophie Bird was the Animation Director and I worked closely with her from pre-production to post, with my official credit being Comp artist. A beautiful vibrant 2D film with a lot of character. The backgrounds where beautiful paintings by Milda Kargaudaitė, so our main goal was to make sure the 2D animated characters felt at home and sat nicely within the scene.
